Puerto Natales and Torres Del Paine Park (Chile) The Perito Moreno

We left Argentina for Chile, Puerto Natales, more precisely, a small port city a bit deserted or we had to take a boat for 4 days cruise through the Chilean fjords and arrive in Puerto Montt.
And, big disappointment, the cruise we had booked 4 months in advance has been canceled, the ship accorche a bit of island and damage its propeller, requiring several weeks' work! It pisses Captain Iglo, he could not look ahead instead to eat his fish sticks ...

Tanpis must continue, visit the beautiful park Torres del Paine, the mecca of the hike. But as we are young and actively santee, we decide to accompany a retirement home tour in the region and take a bus a day that goes around the park ... our human side takes over.
We'll meet Gerhart, a German, nice but not very communicative as you can see in the picture below.

The park is really beautiful and there are courses that last from 5 to 7 days of walking, including the famous W-shaped route, with shelters and campsites for sleeping and eating ...
With hindsight, we regret some did not hike, at the time, the weather was not very prepossessing, so we decided to move to Ushuaia! Ushuaia
Ah, so much more mythical and known as the Parque Torres Del Paine, at least it will allow us to update our Facebook profiles with a photo and a comment "Ushuaia away ..." and that people put a thumb "like it" ...

Below is a llama ... uh, sorry, above.
Did you know?
The visible part of the iceberg may represent only one eighth of all ...
is Professor Rollin tells us.
